Reasons behind Northern Link - Potential benefits of Northern Link - Project Timeline - Study Team Northern Link Brisbane City Council has decided to proceed with the Northern Link project without the local connections at Toowong and Kelvin Grove that were included in the EIS Reference Project. A supplementary report to the Northern Link EIS, which addresses matters raised in the submissions to the EIS and includes further information on the project without the local connections, is being considered by the Coordinator-General. The information on the website has been updated to reflect the findings contained in the Northern Link EIS Supplementary Report.
